1. Introduction This Privacy Policy applies to the Editor: GPS Map Camera ("App") for Android. The App is developed as an independent geotag photo editor and is not affiliated with Google or any other GPS camera application. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our App.

2. Information Collection and Use For a better experience while using our App, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The data the App accesses includes:

• Photos/Storage: Access to photos selected by the user or captured directly by the camera to apply stamps.

• Location Data: Approximate and precise location (GPS and network-based) strictly while using the app features in the foreground to stamp accurate location data on your photos.

• Advertising Identifiers: Identifiers used by advertising SDKs when ads are enabled.

3. How Data Is Used

• To overlay visible GPS, address, date, time, and map stamps on photos.

• To save the exported, watermarked photos directly to your device's local gallery.

• To reuse map and address cache, reducing network/API calls and improving performance.

• To serve and measure advertisements via third-party ad networks.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to others.

• Local Processing: Photos and saved locations remain entirely on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share them using third-party apps.

• Map/Geocoder Providers: Map and geocoder providers may temporarily receive coordinates solely when map imagery or address lookup is required for the App's core functionality.

• Advertising (Meta Audience Network): Ads may be served by the Meta Audience Network. Data collection and processing for ads are handled according to the SDK behavior and your device's privacy settings.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Exported photos are saved in your device's local gallery.

• Saved locations, app settings, and cache are stored locally within the App.

• User Deletion: Users have full control and can delete exported photos from their gallery at any time. Users can also clear all App data and cache directly from their Android device settings. The App automatically cleans old map caches.

6. Security We value your trust in providing us your information. The App operates with strict security measures:

• No Background Location: The App does not request or access location data in the background.

• Backup Disabled: Android App backup features are intentionally disabled to prevent the unintended cloud backup of your local app data, locations, and caches.

7. Children's Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
